Charges Against Drain Commissioner Dropped

The state Attorney General has dropped all charges against Bernie Butcher, and refused to charge Gary Holzhausen. Shiawassee Prosecutor Randy Colbry said that he may proceed with a civil suit against Bernie.

Maybe this is what Colbry wanted to talk about in the closed session …
