The state Attorney General has dropped all charges against Bernie Butcher, and refused to charge Gary Holzhausen. Shiawassee Prosecutor Randy Colbry said that he may proceed with a civil suit against Bernie.
Maybe this is what Colbry wanted to talk about in the closed session ...
