I worked with Howard when I was with Bob Carr’s East Lansing office. Back then he was a micro-manager. I was just a lowly constituent services assistant. He didn’t bother me much, but his methods sure did suffocate my co-workers.
On the bright side, this was back in the day before managers used words like ‘empowerment’ and ‘synergy’. He’s probably developed a lot since I worked with him, and I’m sure he’s a good addition to the Granholm Campaign.
