Correction On My Statement RE: Rules Committee Conference Call

In “MDP Rule Change – Part 3″ I stated in the following:

“a 9 person vote via private conference call by the Rules Committee isn’t very convincing”.

It appears that I was wrong about the conference call. According to 3 of the people who were involved in the conference call, there were only 7 people on the line. The vote was 4-3.

I believe the Chair stated that the vote was 6-3, but I don’t know when those 2 extra ‘YES’ votes came in.
